Channel Distributor policy
Our company sincerely invites you to be our distributor in various sales channel. For the basic qualifications as following:
1.Distributor should be legal person,and has registered capital more than USD 10,000.
2. Distributor should have steady working place, don't allow to operate the products which are competitive with these ones in our company.
3.Distributor should be familiar with led industry and market,and has good sales channel and network.
4.Distributor should have ability of sales, and the annual turnover should be more than USD 50,000.

Application flow
1.The distributor should finish "Distributor register form ",meanwhile,fax us legal qualifications for our reference.
2.Once approved by our company, we both of sides need to sign "Distributor agreement".
3.Distributor should afford USD10,000 assurance deposit in first year,and achieve turnover USD20,000/year at least in first year, then our company will return the assurance deposit to distributor. Otherwise,we will cancel agent qualification.

Our support for distributor
1. Our company will supply price list, product list and new product report.
2. Our company will offer technical support and aftersale customer service.
3. As per distributor's application, our company will supply samples.
